The process went smooth from start to finish. Making the appointment was easy. The service advisor Melissa was very nice and helpfulI. I was advised of loaner cars being available if needed, which I appreciate, however I did not need one at this time. The mechanic sent a video describing the issue and the fix. The repair was done very quickly. My vehicle was returned to me, freshly washed and clean.
Exceeded expectations. In a world where many car dealers are thieves, and rude, Coconut Creek Mazda was a breath of fresh air. A fair price, no pressure. And a good finance rate. Sebastien, Kyle, and Santiago were all a pleasure to deal with. HIGHLY recommended.
The service from start to finish was great. The waiting area and masage chairs were amazing. The only improvment could be that, if you're going to wash the car as part of the service, truly was the car. It does not have to be detailed, but rally wash it. The wash was an extremely poor job and that was a big disappointment. Other than that, everything was great!

After I left the dealer I went to see my old mechanic who told me that he was $400.00 less expensive for brakes, he'd do one thing I needed for free where as the dealer wanted to charge $180.00, etc.

It took the expected amount of time. My service provider was professional and kind. Since it was my first oil change on a new vehicle it was also a treat and I appreciated it. The waiting room was comfortable with nice massage chairs and hot chocolate available. They did a full check up on my car but I didn’t expect to have any problems on a new car. Great job all around

I booked my service via your website. When I checked in with the service advisor she said the price for service I chosen had gone up. I fought back and showed her a screenshot of what I booked only the day earlier. In the end , they did honor the web price. I hate having to haggle over prices. Please update website service fees so this doesn’t happen in the future. On the plus side, this dealership is visibly stunning. Excellent waiting area, bonus points for the coffee machine and massage chairs !

Melissa was amazing and personable and the team was able to find the issue with my car and replace the broken part. I was however disappointed with the car wash that I received. When I saw my car I didn’t think it had even been washed. The front and back seat carpets had been vacuumed but not the trunk. And my windshield was so dirty with finger prints and random steaks and marks.
The dealer uses creative financing to play with the numbers. I guess like most do. I was offered $12000.00 for my vehicle. Then it became $11500.00 plus tax savings. I felt that the offer should have been honored plus tax savings. I was verbally told by the salesman that we would get free oil changes .aybe for 1 year, that did not happen. Very poor. Scratched my car, my windshield wiper fluid compartment cap is missing, left a used rag and a partially used sealant tube in the engine compartment, and the cost I agreed to did not match what I was going to be charged by a a cost $300+. Very poor overall service from the is shop.
My service advisor, Nina, was extremely helpful and made sure the issues I was having with my key fobs got fixed. She also got me a loaner while they were working on my vehicle.
The sales guy, Gonzalo, was great! However, the car fax showed the vehicle had a small rear end fender bender which was addressed but after we got home, I noticed that the vehicle had the whole front end ripped from under it. I had a great experience at the dealership. I was a little disappointed with the cleaning of the car but my sales adviser asked me to return and they will give it the full detail that it deserved. Came in for repairs after hitting a curb on the front driver side. I also requested an oil change and tire rotation at the same time.
The shop initially found a bad rear driver-side axle. I specifically asked them to inspect the front driver side since that was the area that took the impact, and I was told it only needed an alignment.
