My experience with Coconut Creek Mazda has been extremely disappointing. I originally leased my Mazda from another dealership in December 2024, which was later taken over by Coconut Creek Mazda. My first service experience here was terrible. The advisor treated me in an intimidating and noticeably different manner compared with the white couple before me and the couple after me. I normally do not make accusations like this lightly, but the difference in treatment was very noticeable. I was not offered transportation, the customer amenities, or the massage chairs that I later learned were available. After I complained, customer service offered me a free oil change to avoid a bad review. I accepted only if I could have a different advisor. Thankfully, I was assigned Daniel T., who has been professional, kind, and attentive. He is honestly the only positive experience I have had here. Unfortunately, during several maintenance visits, I was repeatedly told my vehicle needed numerous expensive repairs. Today I returned because my lease is ending and I had scheduled what I understood to be a complimentary pre-inspection. When I arrived, I was initially told they do not provide this service and that an inspector would come to my home and I would later receive a bill. Once they realized I was the person who had scheduled the appointment, they proceeded with the inspection and asked what vehicle I was interested in. When I explained that I already had another lease arranged and simply wanted to return my Mazda, the attitude immediately changed. I was told I had not given them a chance to offer me a better deal. I explained that I wanted another brand and that was my choice. I was then taken to another employee whose attitude was just as intimidating. He gave me two return options and verbally calculated a large amount including two remaining payments, a disposition fee, tires he said needed replacement, and a seat replacement due to an accident. My previous service visits never mentioned the tires. I asked twice for a written breakdown and was refused both times. The issue is not whether I can afford the charges. It is the uncomfortable pressure, the lack of transparency, and the refusal to provide the numbers in writing. Mazda is a good brand. Unfortunately, my experience with the people at this dealership has been very different—with the exception of Daniel T., who consistently tries to fix what others damage. My advice: go somewhere else. And if you are a woman going alone, I would be especially cautious. After two years of dealing with this dealership, I left feeling neither respected nor treated transparently.

I’ve been bringing my Mazda to this dealership since they opened and want to share my experiences in detail. First, the dealership itself is always pristine; the floors are shiny, the landscaping always lush, and the waiting areas remain inviting. There’s also no shortage of comfortable seating, both upstairs and downstairs. Second, I’ve worked with several service advisors and each one of them has been a treasure. They are all very kind, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, very responsive. Further, I’ve never had to reach out to my advisor for an update on my car, they regularly updated me. Most recently I had the pleasure to work with Kevin, who was amazing. Third, their techs are geniuses. I know most dealerships send videos of their inspections, but I truly love the time these angels take to explain any potential issues with my vehicle. I love my Mazda and look forward to continue taking it to Coconut Creek for service, and while I haven’t purchased a car from the dealership yet, it will be the first place I go when ready for a new one.

After a nightmare at Greico Mazda, Coconut Creek Mazda made the leasing process honest, transparent, and painless. Tony Burba and the entire team were outstanding. Natalie deserves special recognition. Every single time we’ve called, she has the most amazing attitude. I had an amazing experience at Coconut Creek Mazda, where I purchased a brand new Mazda CX 50, Leighton Drummond was my salesperson, who made each part of the experience a pleasure. I used to dread going to any car dealer, but this dealership is different. There are no high-pressure tactics, just real, honest help.
